The workshop conducted by Eka was on Behaviour management of Special needs children. The workshop gave them an understanding of what is behaviour, identifying desirable and undesirable behaviour and understanding different forms of reinforcement and other management techniques.

2) Workshop held at Karnataka Parent Association for Mentally Challenged Citizens (KPAMRC), Bangalore.
The Session was presented by Co-founder, Santhi Karamcheti. Started in 1978 by few parents of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, KPAMRC has been one of the pioneers in educating the Special Educators. They started their courses on Teacher Training Programmes in understanding and training disabilities such as Mental Retardation, Learning Disabilities and Autism and have been providing their courses for the past three decades.

In the inclusive education session, the special educators were briefed about how an inclusive classroom should be, the requirements specified by UNESCO, what inclusive education truly is- which is the inclusion of children from various backgrounds under one roof, underprivileged, tribal, disabled, migrant workers, etc. The most important part of the session being educating the competencies of an inclusive teacher, on how to accept every child for what they are.
